It is a PVC sheet so the fire rating is class 1

Can it be used outside?

Yes foam pvc can be used outside as it is a weather resistant material

Is Foam Pvc flexible?

Foam pvc is a sheet of plastic, so flexibility will be dependent on thickness, 3mm will be flexible where as 10mm will be solid and have little flexibility
